We provide document preparation, administrative support, and eviction-related consulting only. For legal advice or court representation, clients must consult a licensed attorney.

No-Refund & Service Commitment Policy

All payments made to Care Eviction Consultants are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our services—which involve immediate administrative time, case preparation, document processing, and consulting—no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued once payment has been received or services have begun.

By purchasing or starting services with Care Eviction Consultants, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are authorizing CEC to complete the administrative and document preparation work on your behalf.

  • You are paying for consulting time, administrative labor, and case preparation.

  • Fees are considered earned upon receipt.

  • Once documents have been prepared or completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • If you begin services and later choose to file the case independently, no refund will be provided; however, a credit for future services may be issued at CEC’s discretion.

  • If you choose to enter into a direct agreement with your landlord before the case progresses to county court, CEC may, at its sole discretion, offer a goodwill service credit for future use.

  • You waive the right to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or refund requests after payment and service initiation.

7. Cookies & Website Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality, analyze performance, and improve user experience. Users may disable cookies through browser settings; however, doing so may affect website performance.

You have the right to:
